Commercial repair
Commercial Appliance Repair
Restaurants, offices, rental properties, laundromats, churches and other organizations. We repair commercial refrigeration, ice machines, laundry and cooking equipment, diagnose before any work, and tell you the cost before the repair.

Symptoms
Commercial equipment we repair
If you are not sure whether a piece of equipment is something we work on, send the make and model with your request and we will tell you before anyone drives out.
- Reach-in refrigerators and freezers
Single, double and triple-door reach-ins and undercounter units that are running warm, icing up, short-cycling or leaking. Sealed-system work included.
- Commercial freezers
Upright and chest freezers that will not hold temperature, build frost or run constantly.
- Ice machines
Low production, thin or cloudy ice, harvest problems, leaks and scale buildup.
- Commercial washers
Coin-op, card-operated and on-premises washers that will not fill, drain, spin or lock the door.
- Commercial dryers
Gas and electric dryers with no heat, long dry times, drive problems or payment and control faults.
- Ranges and ovens
Gas and electric ranges and ovens that will not light, will not heat or will not hold temperature.
Who we work for
Restaurants, cafes and food service. A reach-in running warm or an ice machine that stopped producing affects the whole day. When you request service, tell us whether the unit is still holding product so we can talk through what to do with it until the repair.
Offices and break rooms. Refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, dishwashers and ranges in shared kitchens.
Rental properties and property managers. We repair the appliances in single-family rentals, apartments and vacation properties, coordinate access with you or the tenant, and send you what we found. If several units need work, list them on one request so we can plan the visits together.
Laundromats and coin-op laundry. Commercial washers and dryers, including the electrical and gas side of the machines. Speed Queen is a common one in this work; tell us the make and model of anything else.
Churches, schools, clubs and community kitchens. The refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, ranges and ovens that serve meals and events.
What we do not cover
We repair appliances, not building systems. We do not work on walk-in coolers or freezers, HVAC equipment, or water heaters, and we do not service countertop microwaves or small kitchen appliances. Built-in microwaves we repair in homes only. If the problem turns out to be in a building system rather than the appliance, we tell you so you can call the right trade.
Gas equipment safety
Commercial ranges, ovens and dryers often run on natural gas or propane. If you smell gas, see sparks or smoke, do not try to relight or reset anything. Shut the equipment off only if it is safe to do so, get people out, and call your gas utility or propane supplier, or 911, from outside. Schedule the repair once the area has been cleared.
The process
How a commercial service call works
- Send the request
Use the schedule form. In the symptom box, say it is a commercial unit, the business name, the make and model, and what it is doing. Add a site contact and any access hours.
- We confirm
We confirm the day and arrival window that works around your hours, and the diagnostic fee, before the visit.
- Diagnosis on site
The technician tests the equipment and finds the cause: the refrigeration loop, the water supply, the heat source, the drive or the controls.
- Approval before repair
You hear what failed and what the repair costs. Nothing is replaced until the person who approves repairs says yes.
- Repair and written record
We test the equipment after the repair and leave you a record of what was found and done, which property managers and owners can keep for the unit.
Equipment under warranty
Commercial equipment under a manufacturer warranty or a service contract? We accept those dispatches when the coverage company assigns them. Have the model, serial and claim numbers ready; warranty appliance repair explains the process. Note that a residential appliance used in a business is often excluded from residential warranty coverage, so check with the warranty company first.

Questions
Commercial appliance repair questions
Do you repair walk-in coolers?
No. We repair reach-in and undercounter refrigerators and freezers, ice machines and other self-contained equipment. Walk-in coolers and freezers need a refrigeration contractor.
Can you service several units on one visit?
Yes. List each unit with its make, model and symptom on the schedule form so we can plan time and parts for all of them.
Do you work on coin-operated washers and dryers?
Yes, commercial washers and dryers including coin-op and card-operated machines. Tell us the make and model and whether the problem is the machine or the payment system.
Which brands of commercial equipment do you repair?
We do not refuse any brand. Send the make and model with your request so we can check parts and service information first. Our brands page covers the common ones.
Can a property manager schedule repairs for tenants?
Yes. Put your contact details and the tenant's on the request, plus how to get in. We report what we found and the cost to you before the repair.
