Fredericksburg is the center of our service area and three kinds of housing in one small footprint. Downtown and the historic district have older houses where the kitchen was built around a specific opening, so a slide-in range or a built-in refrigerator is repaired in place. College Heights, near the University of Mary Washington, is mostly rentals booked by a landlord or property manager. Our base is about 16 miles west on Route 3. Downtown is 25 to 35 minutes away, and the stretch from Chancellor through the Central Park interchange at I-95 decides which end of that range you get.
Appointments go into a morning block, 8 AM to noon, or an afternoon block, noon to 4 PM. If either works, say so and we place you where the route makes sense. If traffic changes the day we tell you by email, or by text if you have opted in. We run Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
Warranty repairs and who opens the claim
A lot of Fredericksburg appliances are not owned by the person using them. In an apartment or a managed rental the appliance usually belongs to the property, and any manufacturer, extended or service-contract coverage is in the owner's name, so the claim has to come from whoever holds it. Check with the landlord or leasing office before opening one yourself.

Yes. Check your lease first; if the appliances came with the unit, the property may be responsible. If it is yours to arrange, put the building, unit number and parking on the form.
Can you work in a downtown kitchen where nothing was built to move?
Usually. Diagnosis and most repairs happen with the appliance in place; if a unit has to come out of a narrow alcove or built-in cabinet, we talk through how first.
I own a rental near UMW. Can you deal with my tenant directly?
Yes. Book under your name, note who will be at the house, and we confirm the day with you and the arrival with your tenant. Several units between leases? List them all and we try to see them on one trip.
